Job Description
- Prepare workshop drawing.
- Prepare a proposed BOQ backup drawing
- Prepare Bill of Quantity/Bill of Quantity.
- Prepare the program of work for projects.
- Prepare the method statement for fabrication and erection works.
- Represent the company in site meeting.
- Coordinate the project from fabrication to handing over.
- Prepare the interim valuation for the company and sub-contractors.
- Prepare final valuation for the project.
- Prepare material list for a project.
- Communicate with client and structural engineer for clarification on the project.
- Take a record of physical observation/measurement of a new project and give a report and implement the reading.
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification of a B.Sc / HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- Must be good with Auto-CAD, Corel and PMP.
- Must possess 5 years experience as a Steel Detailing Draughtsman in the structural steel fabrication industry.
- Must reside in Lagos and be ready to resume immediately.
