Job Description
- Meeting sales goals
- Ensure orders are delivered when due
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Store upkeep and management
- Social media management (Instagram /Facebook)
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND
- Must have sales experience.
- Minimum of 1/2 years
- Some knowledge of Fashion and fabrics
Skills:
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Other Requirements:
- Commute must be within Oniru axis and Ajah
Remuneration
- N35,000 per month (Increase is subject to performance).
