Job Position: Store Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
  3. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  4. Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
  5. Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  6. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  7. Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
  8. Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
  9. Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
  10. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.

Job Requirements

  1. BSc Degree in related field
  2. Proven successful experience as a Store Manager in a reputable firm.
  3. A minimum of 3 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
  4. Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
  5. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
