Job Position: Storekeeper
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Summary

Scentric is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Storekeeper to manage warehouse operations at our facility in Ikorodu.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in inventory control, stock handling, and warehouse organization, particularly within a production-driven or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
  2. Organise and store items systematically for easy retrieval and reduced spoilage.
  3. Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular physical inventory counts.
  4. Issue raw materials or finished products based on authorised requisitions.
  5. Track material usage and report discrepancies or shortages immediately.
  6. Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure the timely availability of goods.
  7. Maintain proper documentation of all stock transactions.
  8. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the store environment.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Logistics, Business Admin, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing).
  3. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Qualities & Skills:

  1. Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
  2. Proficiency in stock management software or Excel.
  3. Basic knowledge of supply chain or warehouse operations.
  4. Trustworthiness and a high sense of accountability.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Team player with excellent communication skills.
  7. Physically fit and able to lift moderately heavy items.
