Job Position: Strategy Analyst
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Profile Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Strategy Analyst to support the development, execution, and monitoring of our organisation’s strategic plans.

The successful candidate will conduct research, perform data analysis, and support strategy execution across business functions to drive performance, growth, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support the formulation and alignment of short- and long-term strategic plans.
  2. Conduct market intelligence, trend analysis, and competitor research to inform strategic decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and implementation reviews.
  4. Prepare business performance dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
  5. Support the tracking of KPIs and strategic initiatives using project/portfolio management best practices.
  6. Contribute to workshops, business reviews, and strategy planning sessions.
  7. Develop and maintain scenario models, forecasting tools, and risk assessments.
  8. Assist in identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and business expansion initiatives.
  9. Contribute to board-level reporting and presentations with data-driven insights.

Job Requirements
Educational:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  2. A postgraduate qualification (MBA or MSc) is an advantage.

Experience:

  1. 8–10 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, or management consulting.
  2. Proven experience supporting cross-functional strategy execution.
  3. Strong background in data analysis and performance measurement.

Salary
N12,000,000 – N15,000,000 Annually.
