Job Description

  1. The role holder should be a seasoned Professional responsible for guiding and executing strategic initiatives within an organization.
  2. This involves diving innovation, optimizing resources allocation, and playing key part in shaping long term success of the organization.

Job Responsibilities
A typical day on the job will involve:

  1. Must ensure that all briefs are well understood and clear to all those involved, must understand clients’ needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often daily.
  2. Support the strategic planning process to ensure that this process is timely, focused, and value adding. He also ensures that the strategy planning process highlights existing business issues, making certain that these issues are thoughtfully addressed by the laid-out plans.
  3. Responsible for the coordination of all strategic brand activities as well as coordination of the brand’s marketing communication efforts, drive, and operations.
  4. Responsible for coordinating all company strategy projects.
  5. Scope project requirements and prepare budgets.
  6. Supervision of all Strategic Brand operations of the company from planning to execution.
  7. Ensure long lasting relationship and valuable exchange of resources between the Agency and its Clients.
  8. Ensure rehearsals for all events and projects to guarantee the maintaining of standards of shows and events in accordance with the client’s briefs.
  9. The position is responsible for the coordination of experiential brand activities as well as coordination of the brand’s marketing communication efforts.
  10. Generate production briefs and review with all involved in the project.
  11. Ensure effective and efficient Client relationship management.
  12. Consistently seek opportunities for improvements and suggest new projects.
  13. Deliver projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met.
  14. Day -to-day running and smooth operations of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications and advertising campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND with at least a second-class upper (2.1) from a reputable institution.
  • Ability to navigate complex business Landscape.
  • 3-4 years work experience only.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong research skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving Successful strategic outcomes.
