Job Position: F&B Supervisor

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Participates in the recruitment, selection, and training of staff
  2. Supervise and schedule food and beverage staff
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction
  4. Resolve customer complaints, as well as internal conflict among staff
  5. Order and maintain inventory control costs
  6. Oversee food service, and act as an expeditor, when necessary, to ensure the timely movement of completed food orders from the kitchen to the customer table

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality is advantageous.
  • 1 – 2 years work experience.
  • Completion of a food service administration, hotel, or restaurant management course is an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Proven human resource management skills such as training, motivation,
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be of legal drinking age if working in a licensed facility
  • Knowledge of the products, services, sectors, industries, and local area
  • Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.

Salary
N80,000 / month.
