Job Description

A Luxury Boutique Supervisor typically manages the daily operations of a high-end retail store, focusing on sales, customer service, and team leadership.

They ensure the boutique maintains its brand image, achieves sales targets, and provides exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to drive sales and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Job Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service:

  1. Leading the sales team to achieve individual and store targets according to job postings from Reed and Career pages.
  2. Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
  3. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues effectively.
  4. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Team Management:

  1. Supervising and motivating sales staff.
  2. Training and developing team members.
  3. Creating and managing staff schedules.
  4. Assessing employee performance and providing feedback.

Operational Management:

  1. Managing inventory, ensuring product availability, and maintaining stock levels.
  2. Implementing visual merchandising guidelines to showcase products effectively.
  3. Ensuring the boutique is well-maintained and visually appealing.
  4. Monitoring daily sales figures and analysing sales data.

Brand Management:

  1. Upholding the brand’s image and standards.
  2. Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborating with other teams (e.g., marketing) to plan and execute in-store events.

Qualifications

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any relevant field with 3 – 4 years of experience.
  2. Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  5. Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  6. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  7. Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
