Job Position: Talent Acquisition Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads and HR to identify hiring needs and plan workforce requirements.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruitment platforms and techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring targets (including 4,250 salespeople).
- Manage onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Promote the company’s employer brand through job fairs, social media, and other recruitment events.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and recruitment best practices.
- Achieve at least one direct sale per quarter as part of performance objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary
N138,000 / month.
