Job Position: Talent Acquisition Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Partner with department heads and HR to identify hiring needs and plan workforce requirements.
  2. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with company goals.
  3. Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple recruitment platforms and techniques.
  4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring targets (including 4,250 salespeople).
  5. Manage onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  6. Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  7. Promote the company’s employer brand through job fairs, social media, and other recruitment events.
  8. Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
  9. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  10. Ensure compliance with labour laws and recruitment best practices.
  11. Achieve at least one direct sale per quarter as part of performance objectives.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary
N138,000 / month.
