Job Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
- Analysis of organizational development and anticipation of future employment needs.
- Design and management of the recruitment and selection processes.
- Brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Build relationships and maintain a network of past and potential candidates.
- Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment.
- Generate monthly updates and reports on key talent acquisition metrics and about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
- Research and seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, sourcing methodologies and trends in the staffing industry.
- Utilising the 5C Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand for maximum impact to ensure 5C is attracting exceptional candidates.
- Develop and conduct survey interviews regarding the recruitment process and the initial employment experience 3 months after the candidate’s start date.
- Develop, design and implement assessment center models of recruitment.
- Identification, development and implementation of relevant workflows, processes, technology, software, applications and other enabling work tools.
Business Development:
- Responsible for overall profitability of the 5C Limited talent acquisition business.
- Responsible for branding and Business Development activities.
- Monitors quarterly marketing and sales goals for the talent acquisition business and provides feedback and corrective actions.
- Closing of contracts at prices that meet the strategic growth and profitability levels set
Job Requirements
- MSc. in Human resources or similar relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years working experience
- Oil and Gas Industry experience required
- In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
