Job Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
  2. Analysis of organizational development and anticipation of future employment needs.
  3. Design and management of the recruitment and selection processes.
  4. Brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
  5. Build relationships and maintain a network of past and potential candidates.
  6. Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment.
  7. Generate monthly updates and reports on key talent acquisition metrics and about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
  8. Research and seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, sourcing methodologies and trends in the staffing industry.
  9. Utilising the 5C Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand for maximum impact to ensure 5C is attracting exceptional candidates.
  10. Develop and conduct survey interviews regarding the recruitment process and the initial employment experience 3 months after the candidate’s start date.
  11. Develop, design and implement assessment center models of recruitment.
  12. Identification, development and implementation of relevant workflows, processes, technology, software, applications and other enabling work tools.

Business Development:

  1. Responsible for overall profitability of the 5C Limited talent acquisition business.
  2. Responsible for branding and Business Development activities.
  3. Monitors quarterly marketing and sales goals for the talent acquisition business and provides feedback and corrective actions.
  4. Closing of contracts at prices that meet the strategic growth and profitability levels set

Job Requirements

  1. MSc. in Human resources or similar relevant field
  2. Minimum of 5 years working experience
  3. Oil and Gas Industry experience required
  4. In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
  5. Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
  6. Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  7. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
