Job Position: Tech Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

Job Description

  • We’re seeking an enthusiastic Tech Sales Representative with some experience in sales or customer-facing roles, who is eager to grow their career in tech sales.
  • In this role, you’ll find and engage new clients, understand their business needs, and offer tailored technology solutions.
  • We’ll provide the necessary product training, but you should already have a passion for sales and a basic understanding of technology.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Understand Client Needs: Engage with clients to learn about their business challenges and recommend suitable tech solutions.
  • Present Solutions: Conduct product demos and deliver presentations to showcase how our tools can meet client needs.
  • Close Sales: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to final contract.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Track leads and sales progress in our CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth post-sale experience for clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is advantageous.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferably in tech or a related field).
  • A Basic understanding of tech solutions like Zoho, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing sales pipelines is preferred.
