Job Position: Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Analyst

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Our clientis sourcing for a focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions.
  2. The technical recruiter’s responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates.
  3. To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
  2. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
  3. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  4. Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
  5. In charge of filing company’s documents
  6. Performing background and reference checks.
  7. Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
  8. Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
  9. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  10. Forecasting recruitment budgets.

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor of Science with minimum of 2.1 in Computer Science or any Engineering related field.
  2. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  3. To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
  4. A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
  5. Experience in technical recruitment processes and platforms.
  6. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Fast typing skills.
  9. Excellent problem solving skills and keen attention to details
