Job Description

  1. We seek a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  2. The Technical Sales Engineer will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs, provide technical expertise, and deliver customised solutions.
  3. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential customers.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and technical solutions.
  2. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to provide informed technical guidance.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  4. Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
  5. Engage with customers to assess their technical needs and challenges.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  7. Create technical proposals and documentation for customised solutions.
  8. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions align with technical feasibility.
  9. Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their technical understanding.
  10. Assist in the development of sales collateral and technical documentation.
  11. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions.
  12. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal stakeholders to address technical concerns.
  13. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitive offerings.
  14. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and industry trends.

N120,000 – N150,000 / month.
