Job Position: Technical Sales Manager – Production Solutions

Job Description

  1. The Technical Sales Manager – Production Solutions is responsible for generating and converting business opportunities while implementing the business plan with the aim of achieving assigned sales revenue.
  2. The job holder manages client relationship by providing technical support and solutions that will enhance clients’ business operations while increasing business opportunities for Eunisell Limited’s revenue.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Source for business opportunities and convert same to revenue.
  2. Collaborates with relevant units to develop customer-based sales plan including sales, won/lost business, pricing plans and new business attainment.
  3. Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensures attainment of the company’s sales goals and profitability.
  4. Present and sell Production solutions products and services to potential Clients.
  5. Develops plans and proposals to meet customer needs and achieve revenue objectives.
  6. Through an understanding of clients’ business needs, build ability to influence client’s decisions on contracts award to Eunisell.
  7. Generate sales leads and follow through to achieve business goals.
  8. Support sales team in identifying and developing account and opportunity strategies.
  9. Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and trends.
  10. Understand the company’s value and learn how to leverage this to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth.
  11. Identify key market opportunities for Eunisell service offerings and maximize the company’s market share.


  1. Provide technical support to commercial/sales at customers such as technical presentations, technical selling, that fits in with sales development.
  2. Work with operations team to mobilize equipment and provide regular technical feedback to customer as may be required.
  3. Liaise with technical stakeholders in client companies’ and provide value-add technical solutions as may be required.
  4. Handle the technical parts of tenders and bids for well testing and related services, and defend same to win business opportunities for the company.
  5. Make technical presentations on all service offerings and capability.
  6. Employ the organic growth of the business with established customers through technical support services and other adequate promotional aids.

Job Requirements

  1. BSc / HND in Science / Engineering in a related discipline.
  2. Relevant professional certification.
  3. Relevant postgraduate (MBA, MSC) is preferred.

Minimum Experience Required:

  • 15 – 25 years’ experience within the oil and gas industry, especially in managing all production and engineering solutions, including well testing (WT & EWT), early production facilities (EPF), production enhancement, pumping services, sand and water management and related operations.
  • All round experience in operations, technical, business development and commercial services in well testing/EPF and related environment.
  • Ability to provide job design support, well operations support, technical support and post job analysis to all clients including major IOCs, independent producers and marginal oil field operators
  • Proven sales/business development experience in oilfield industry selling technical solutions to businesses and business development within oil companies.
  • Proven history of sales results, successful problem solving and the generation of new opportunities.
  • Solid market and sales knowledge of oil production industry (well test/engineering services).
  • Project/contract management experience will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
