Job Position: Technical Support Executive

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • To provide technical support to Sales Department.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Draft quotations, datasheet and conduct trainings with team members.
  2. Handle customer technical complaints.
  3. Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot application failure
  4. Create standard procedure for site application in relation to product technical data sheet and best practice
  5. Sales Technical Support
  6. Responsible for product launch, product demonstration, training for consultants, applicators and other clients.
  7. Creation of method statement and application procedure for product and site application.
  8. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure all datasheet on our social media handles are up-to-date and correct.

Job Requirements

  • A good First Degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering, Construction or similar with 1 – 3 years proven experience.
