Job Position: Technical Writing Specialist
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop clear, engaging, and compelling product narratives that simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  2. Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to craft storytelling strategies that enhance product positioning across different markets and regions.
  3. Create user-friendly content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, explainer content/videos, and presentations.
  4. Create and maintain user guides, technical manuals, API documentation, installation guides, and FAQs.
  5. Work closely with engineering, product, and security teams to understand product functionality and security protocols.
  6. Translate digital trust features and technical details into tangible business value that resonates with different client segments.
  7. Develop pitch decks, sales collateral, and product documentation to support business development and client engagement.
  8. Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to create visual and interactive content that enhances storytelling.
  9. Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms, including website content, social media, webinars, and product demos.
  10. Conduct market research and client feedback analysis to refine messaging and improve product storytelling approaches.
  11. Train internal teams (sales, customer success, and support) on how to effectively communicate product value to clients.

Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc. degree with 4 – 7 years of experience.
