Job Description
- Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers over the phone.
- He/she will engage with potential customers, provide information about products or services, address inquiries, and close sales deals.
- Telesales Executives will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth and profitability of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers via telephone to promote products or services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls.
- Present and explain product or service information to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate and relevant information, and resolve any concerns or issues.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain customer databases and update customer information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND.
- 3 (minimum) years of a proven experience in telesales, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Training or certification in sales techniques or customer service is a plus.

- Persuasive and convincing ability.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.

Knowledge Required:
- Understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with the products or services being offered.
- Knowledge of customer service practices.
- Basic knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors.
Salary
N150,000 (Gross).
