Job Summary

  1. The Telesales Executive – Qualification Specialist will be responsible for engaging with leads generated by our promotional venue team, conducting thorough needs assessment, and qualifying leads for further engagement with our sales team.
  2. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong ability to uncover and understand clients’ real estate needs.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Make outbound calls to a list of leads and prospects
  2. Engage in conversations to introduce the products or services
  3. Build up good product knowledge in order to be ale to sell its features, benefits and value to prospective candidates
  4. establish/build rapport professionally to create a positive impression
  5. Handle objectives effectively and provide accurate information
  6. follow up with meeting targets/quotas
  7. Communicate with leads generated by the promotional venue team in a professional and engaging manner.
  8. Conduct needs analysis through effective questioning techniques to understand clients’ preferences, requirements, and real estate aspirations.
  9. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their readiness for further engagement with the sales team.
  10. Educate potential clients about Palton Morgan’s luxury real estate offerings, features, benefits, and value proposition.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and qualification status in the CRM system.
  12. Collaborate closely with the promotional venue team to understand lead sources, demographics, and engagement strategies.
  13. Provide timely and comprehensive feedback to the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  14. Strive to meet or exceed lead qualification targets while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  15. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience in telesales, lead qualification, or similar customer-facing roles.
  3. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
  4. Strong questioning and active listening skills to uncover clients’ needs effectively.
  5. Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward targets and deadlines.
  6. Familiarity with luxury real estate products and market trends is a plus.
  7. Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  8. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
