Job Details
- The Telesales Supervisor will lead the asset creation telemarketing department.
- Leading, supporting, and developing teams of telesales executives in the telesales department, ensuring day-to-day management of teams, and team leads and guiding the team members to ensure delivery of set sales targets, Identify opportunities for business development and ensure high conversion rate.
Job Requirements
- First Degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable academic institution. Masters Degree is an added advantage.
- MUST have a solid background/previous experience for at least 8 years preferably in a financial services sector, part of which must have been as a core telesales supervisor,
- Demonstrable evidence of leading and managing a high performing team that delivers and exceeds targets.
Salary
N6,000,000 – N8,000,000 annually.
