Job Position: Telesales Officer

Job Brief

  1. The job holder shall be responsible for effectively following up on generated leads and closing sales deals over the phone and via email communications.
  2. Job holders shall be expected to maintain good customer relationships for customer retention.
  3. Responsible for ensuring the set sales target for the Telesales Department is achieved as specified.
  4. Maintaining positive client relationships and driving new partners acquisitions on all available products
  5. Ensuring structures and strategies are put in place to foster Sales.
  6. Maintains knowledge of all current and upcoming products.
  7. Carry out an effective scheduled follow-up on all sales leads
  8. Contacts potential clients and customers to generate sales.
  9. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation and channel to the appropriate offices
  10. Maintains knowledge of all current and upcoming products.
  11. Staying updated on all arising real estate trends and best practices.
  12. Effective record-keeping of calls, sales leads and any other useful information
  13. Serve as a sales support officer with the Digital Marketing team.

Job Qualifications 

  1. A minimum of BSc / BA in any relevant field
  2. 2-3 years experience in exact or a similar role
  3. Real Estate Sales/operations experience is a must.
