We’re now looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who understands both sides of digital growth: crafting compelling, high-converting email campaigns and managing social media content in a way that drives real engagement and measurable results.

Job Title: Professional Graphic Designer

Job Location: Lagos

The Role

  • This is a fully remote role ideal for a designer who is confident in creating high-quality visual assets for social media and marketing use. You will play a key role in shaping how our clients communicate visually, ensuring every design aligns with brand identity and captures attention in fast-moving digital spaces.
  • You’ll be designing everything from social media flyers to polished presentations, helping brands communicate clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling flyers and creatives for social media posts
  • Create professional, well-structured presentations for internal and client use
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals
  • Collaborate with the social media and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Adapt designs for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and creativity across multiple client accounts
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a remote work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop (both are a plus)
  • Strong ability to create engaging social media flyers and marketing visuals
  • Experience designing clean, professional presentations
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and brand consistency
  • Ability to take direction while also contributing creative ideas
  • Highly organised and comfortable working remotely
  • Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, or service-based brands is an advantage
