Our talented team of social media account managers and designers brings strategy, creativity, and execution together, and now, we are looking for a social media creator/video editor to join our team. This role is perfect for any individual with a passion for social media and creativity who also has a track record of creating high-quality videos that have performed well on platforms like TikTok / Instagram.

We are looking for a talented Social Media Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into engaging, high-performing content. If you have experience editing videos that have gone viral or gained impressive engagement, then we would love to hear from you.

Job Position: Social Media Content Editor
Location: Remote / Hybrid

Job Responsibilities

  1. Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms, campaigns, and branded content
  2. Bring creative ideas to life with strong pacing, smooth transitions, and eye-catching effects
  3.  Select music tracks, captions, hooks, and sound bites that instantly grab attention
  4. Ensure all visuals align with brand voice, tone, and creative direction
  5. Collaborate with creators, producers, and the marketing team to enhance storytelling
  6. Stay up to date with platform trends and apply them consistently
  7. Optimise content for engagement, virality, and platform algorithms
  8. Work efficiently, delivering high-quality edits within deadlines

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required)
  2. Demonstrated success with videos that have achieved viral reach or strong engagement metrics
  3. Excellent visual storytelling skills with strong rhythm, timing, and narrative flow
  4.  Proficiency in major editing tools
  5.  Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and overall social media culture
  6. Experience with social media management and video editing is a plus
  7. Ability to think creatively, adapt quickly, and perform under pressure
  8. Ability to problem-solve creatively and thrive under pressure
