Job Position: Trainee Client Adviser

Job Locations: Lagos and Ibadan – Oyo

Job Responsibilities

  1. Taking Enquiries and providing necessary information to clients.
  2. Active sales of the Banking Services products.
  3. Direct promotion in markets.
  4. Mobilize deposits by cross-selling the banks products and giving general information about products/ services and their uses/benefits.
  5. Account opening and all customer account related operations.
  6. Disbursements of loans.
  7. Providing excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc / HND.
  • 1 – 2 years relevant working experience would be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent selling and Marketing skills.
  • Active PC user.
  • Excellent customer service relation.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
