Job Position: Treasury Specialist

Location: Delta

Job Purpose

  • This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the cash office.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Keeps track of plant cash before depositing it in a bank or disbursing it.
  2. Ensure bank transfer notes, cash payment vouchers, and bank payment vouchers are all posted.
  3. Issuing cheques for properly authorized payments and remitting PAYE cheques to banks.
  4. Petty cash disbursement and daily bank transactions.
  5. Completion of monthly tax tracker report and issuance of receipts from sales proceeds as needed.
  6. Raising debit notes monthly and stock count exercises.

Job Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting or any other related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience in related roles
  3. Strong numerical and analytical thinking.
  4. Knowledge of NAV Dynamics or any other ERP software and Microsoft Excel
  5. Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
  6. Excellent customer service and people skills.
