Job Position: Graphics / UI/UX Design Assistant

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer / UX UI Designer to join our team.
  2. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail, coupled with expertise in utilizing the latest software tools in the field.
  3. This role requires a strong understanding of both graphic design principles and user experience/user interface design concepts to create visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences across various platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the design team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  2. Create engaging and visually appealing graphic designs for digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media, and marketing materials.
  3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  4. Design intuitive and seamless user interfaces that enhance user experience and usability.
  5. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate designs based on user insights.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, UX/UI design, and digital technologies.
  7. Utilize the latest software tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software, to execute design projects efficiently and effectively.
  8. Collaborate with developers and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
  9. Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all design assets.
  10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, HCI, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, UX UI Designer, or similar role.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions across various digital platforms.
  4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design software.
  5. Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  6. Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and UX/UI best practices.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
