Job Position: UI/UX Designer (Figma)

Job Description

  1. Lead the design and development of high-quality user interfaces for digital products and platforms
  2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
  3. Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements
  5. Stay current with industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your design work

Black Rose Candidate

  • A black rose is the ideal candidate. A black rose for this role is a stunning designer with experience building engaging and intuitive interfaces for a variety of products and platforms.
  • They can collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – including product managers, developers, and stakeholders – to understand their needs and design solutions that meet business and user requirements.

Must-Haves (Non-negotiables):

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
  • Strong experience using Figma and similar design tools
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design
  • Ability to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively
  • Experience conducting user research and testing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently and as part of a team
