Job Description

  1. We are hiring a UI/UX Designer (with Graphics Skills for Social Media) to shape our on-demand beauty app’s digital experience.
  2. If you’re a creative thinker with a flair for user-centered design and captivating social media content creation, join us and play a key role in elevating our brand presence.
  3. Please note that this is an ONSITE role. No Remote, No Hybrid. DO NOT apply if your preference is remote or hybrid.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design of intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces for our on-demand beauty app, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
  2. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, understanding user needs, preferences, and pain points.
  3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and iterate on the app’s user interface and experience.
  4. Design engaging graphics and visual assets for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, to promote the app and engage with our audience.
  5. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant and user-centric design solutions.
  6. Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all digital touchpoints, including the app, website, and social media channels.
  7. Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to improve our design processes continuously and deliverables.

Key Deliverables
User Interface Designs:

  1. Wireframes and prototypes illustrating the app’s user flow and interface layout.
  2. High-fidelity mockups for key screens and components, showcasing visual design and interaction patterns.
  3. Design specifications and style guides for consistent implementation across platforms.

Social Media Graphics:

  1. Eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and animations for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
  2. Branded templates and assets for consistent branding and messaging across social media channels.
  3. Engaging visual content to promote app features, special offers, and user testimonials.

User Research and Insights:

  1. User personas, journey maps, and usability testing reports to inform design decisions and iterate on user experience improvements.
  2. Analysis of social media engagement metrics and audience feedback to optimize content and messaging strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  1. Effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design solutions and business objectives.
  2. Regular presentations and design reviews to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and drive consensus among stakeholders.

Key Outputs:
Wireframes and Prototypes:

  1. User flow diagrams and interactive prototypes demonstrating app functionality and navigation paths.
  2. Wireframes for key screens and user interface components, outlining layout and content structure.

High-Fidelity Mockups:

  1. Detailed mockups and design comps for app screens, incorporating visual design elements, branding, and typography.
  2. Design assets and resources (e.g., icons, illustrations, color palettes) for implementation by developers.

Social Media Graphics:

  1. Engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual content tailored for various social media platforms and audience demographics.
  2. Branded templates and assets for consistent brand representation and messaging across social media channels.

Design Documentation:

  1. Design specifications, style guides, and documentation outlining design patterns, components, and interaction guidelines.
  2. Visual assets and resources organized and accessible for easy reference by design and development teams.
