Job Position: Head, User Acquisition

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. The Head, User Acquisition will lead our acquisition efforts in driving client acquisition strategies, building partnerships, and optimizing digital channels.
  2. You will utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences and optimize acquisition channels.
  3. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in developing and executing innovative acquisition strategies, building fruitful partnerships, and leading high-performance teams.
  4. You will be leading the technology adoption of the users within the informal sector.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive client acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences, optimize sales acquisition channels, and capitalize on opportunities.
  3. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in the FMCG, and retail industries.
  4. Build and lead high-performing user acquisition team, providing mentorship and guidance.
  5. Drive customer acquisition efforts through various channels, including direct sales, partnerships, and innovative campaigns.
  6. Collaborate with external partners to drive co-marketing initiatives and expand customer reach.
  7. Develop and execute plans to enter new markets or expand the company’s presence in existing ones
  8. Implement robust analytics and reporting mechanisms to track and analyze the performance of acquisition campaigns
  9. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements
Special Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years user acquisition experience within the FMCG distribution, Fintech, Retail, Ecommerce.
  • Proven experience leading technology adoption within the informal sector will be a big plus.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing effective acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Project management experience
