Job Position: Van Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Van Sales Representative to drive sales and distribution of our products to retail outlets, directly from the company van. The ideal candidate will maintain excellent customer relationships, meet sales targets, and ensure the timely delivery of products to customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive the company van to assigned routes and deliver products to retail customers.
- Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure proper display of products at retail points.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and inventory.
- Collect payments and issue receipts to customers.
- Monitor stock levels in the van and request replenishments as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales team.
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports and other required documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of the van.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND in Business or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably FMCG or route sales.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Honest, reliable, and physically fit.
Salary
N150,000 – N350,000 / month.
