Job Position: Vendor Success Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Employee’s / Departmental Annual Objectives and Key Results (OKR):

  1. Grow LifeBank’s number of Vendors in line with the set target.
  2. Work with the Comms team, to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective LifeBank vendors.
  3. Ensure Retention of vendors in line with set targets.
  4. Work in line with company SOPs to achieve set objectives and outcomes within schedule as regards New Vendors targets across the country.
  5. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and Active Vendors’ relationships and success.
  6. Engage vendors continually to ensure LifeBank gets the lowest prices from them and in turn offers the best prices to Hospitals and customers on our marketplace.
  7. Ensure the revenue per Vendor on our marketplace continues to grow.
  8. Regularly engage and follow up with Vendors to ensure they sign up and are using the Vendor app to show and update stock position in line with the target set.
  9. Resolve Vendors complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
  10. Stay informed about the activities of health services in assigned particular areas.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned
  12. Ensure all assigned KPIs are achieved.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 4- 6years work experience.
  2. We are looking for candidates with Procurement/Purchasing/Supply Chain experience.

Salary

  • N160,000 / Monthly (Gross)
