Role Overview

We’re hiring a Videographer / Editor to create high-impact short-form content that drives Steeze’s online presence.

You’ll shoot and edit BTS reels, promo videos, and cinematic storytelling that grabs attention and builds brand credibility.

Capture the movement. Create the hype.

Contract & Location:

  1. Type: 3-month contract → full-time offer for top performers.
  2. Hybrid: onsite for 2 – 3 shoots per week in Lagos, with remote flexibility for editing and delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Shoot BTS content, brand reels, and promos 2–3 times per week.
  2. Edit 15–30s short-form videos optimised for IG/TikTok virality.
  3. Add captions, sound syncing, and pacing for engaging storytelling.
  4. Build a visual asset library for Steeze campaigns.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. 2 – 5 years of experience as a videographer.
  3. Portfolio with 3+ reels showing strong visual style.
  4. Proven experience with TikTok/IG aesthetic pacing.
  5. Ability to shoot + edit independently using own gear.
  6. Strong grasp of storytelling + editing trends.

Nice-to-Haves:

  1. Prior experience working with fashion/lifestyle brands.
  2. Colour grading + motion graphics skills.

Salary
N250,000 – N280,000 monthly.
