Job Position: Videographer / Still and Motion Graphic Designer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual who can create engaging and visually appealing video content and graphic designs for our social media channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
  2. Design visually stunning graphics, including posts, stories, banners, and advertisements for social media.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of content.
  6. Optimise content for different platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and reach.
  7. Assist in brainstorming and planning social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience growth.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  4. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong communication and organisational skills.
  7. Knowledge of graphic design (using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva) and 3D design/animation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film, or a related field.
  2. Experience creating content for [specific industry, e.g., fashion, tech, lifestyle, etc.].
  3. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance.
