Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative solutions.
  2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of virtual assistants, ensuring productivity and collaboration.
  3. Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and client interactions effectively, with proficiency in English speaking.
  4. Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations.
  5. Data Organization: Maintain contact lists, spreadsheets, and online records.
  6. Market Research: Conduct research and provide insightful reports.

Job Requirements

  1. Proficiency in virtual communication tools, email platforms, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  2. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive thinking.
  5. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  6. 3 years experience.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  8. Efficient time management and deadline-driven mindset.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
