Job Position: Virtual Assistant Trainer (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Virtual Assistant (VA) Trainer to develop and deliver a world-class training program for our VAs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtual assistance and a genuine passion for teaching and mentorship.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping skilled, efficient, and proactive VA students, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop & Deliver Training: Design and deliver engaging training modules for new and existing Virtual Assistants. Topics will include, but are not limited to:
  2. Core administrative tasks (e.g., advanced scheduling, inbox management, data entry).
  3. Client communication and professional etiquette.
  4. Time management, prioritisation, and workflow optimisation.
  5. Proficiency in key software and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools like Asana/Trello, CRMs, etc.
  6. Upholding the company standards for quality and client support.
  7. Create & Update Resources: Build and maintain a library of training resources, including manuals, video tutorials, and best-practice guides.
  8. Coach & Mentor: Conduct both group workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual learning gaps and foster professional growth.
  9. Assess Performance: Evaluate trainee progress through practical assessments and provide constructive, supportive feedback.
  10. Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the virtual assistant industry to ensure our training remains cutting-edge.
  11. Foster Community: Cultivate a positive and collaborative learning environment that encourages VAs to connect and learn from one another.

Qualifications

  1. Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Virtual Assistant working for a foreign client or as a VA trainer.
  2. Passion for Teaching: A clear and demonstrable passion for teaching, coaching, and helping others succeed.
  3. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  4. Tech-Savvy: High proficiency with common VA software, tools, and digital platforms.
  5. Personal Attributes: Patient, empathetic, and highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  6. Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who can work independently and identify opportunities for improvement.

Salary
N300,000 / month.
