Job Position: Visual Designer (Motion Graphics & Video Specialist)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Motion Graphics Design:

  1.  Conceptualize and create captivating motion graphics for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  2.  Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing animations that align with brand guidelines.
  3. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative motion design ideas to the table.

Static Design:

  1.  Design static graphics for print and digital media, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetics.
  2. Create visually appealing layouts for marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, banners, and social media graphics.

Video Editing :

  1. Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, compelling videos that convey our brand message effectively.
  2. Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and sound to enhance the overall quality of video content.
  3. Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver video content that meets or exceeds expectations

Brand Consistency:

  1. Ensure consistency in visual elements across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
  2. Work closely with the design team to maintain a unified and cohesive visual identity for the brand.

Project Management:

  1. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
  2. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and provide regular updates on project status.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Visual Designer with expertise in motion graphics and video editing, minimum of 3 years experience.
  2. Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphic projects, static designs, and video editing work.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
