Job Position: Warehouse Executive
Locations: Ikeja – Lagos, Yola – Adamawa, Onitsha – Anambra, Bauchi, Kaduna, Lafia – Nassarawa, Akure – Ondo & Sokoto

Job Summary
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and efficiency in the warehouse. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet operational targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments accurately.
- Organise and store goods efficiently to maximise space utilisation.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders on time with accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams on order and stock status.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.
- Handle returns, damaged items, and stock discrepancies effectively.
- Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
- Forklift license/certification (if required).
Work Conditions:
- Physically active role involving standing, lifting, and moving goods.
- May require working in shifts, including weekends or holidays, during peak periods.
Working Hours:
- Monday through Saturday (8 am-6 pm)
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
