Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Executive to join our dynamic branding and advertising team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong client relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic business development.
You will play a key role in expanding our client base, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring our services remain relevant in an ever-evolving market.
Job Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
- Source and secure new clients through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and team collaboration.
- Attend industry events and networking activities to identify and engage with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Prepare compelling business proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate effectively with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms.
- Analyse client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to ensure service relevance.
- Meet and exceed set KPIs and sales targets.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, tactics, and action plans that deliver measurable results.
- Understand the target market and align strategies to customer needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in branding/advertising is a plus).
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.Strong analytical and market research abilities.
