As a result of expansion and strategic initiatives aimed at delivering care at world-class standards, career opportunities exist for high-performing professionals that can contribute and thrive to a rapidly growing organization.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Position: <\/strong>Biomedical Engineer<br \/>\n<strong>Job Locations: <\/strong>Benin City, Edo and Warri, Delta<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Biomedical Engineer will design, develop, and test all aspects of medical\/surgical components, equipment, and instruments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Diagnose defective medical equipment and implement repairs without direct supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed on assigned medical equipment and update the database of this record of service, completely and promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Perform and record preventive maintenance of assigned equipment through periodic performance checks and measurements based on Equipment Management Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Have a working knowledge of all applicable codes and standards for maintaining medical equipment including those issued by accrediting agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain technical skills and be aware of emerging trends in Healthcare Technology Management.<\/li>\n<li>Operate sophisticated calibration and test equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Repair\/calibrate life support and other critical medical equipment and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure urgent device corrections, and equipment recalls are acted upon in a timely manner to ensure safety of patients, visitors, and staff.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and configure servers and associated network equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to clinical users on proper use and care for diagnostic, treatment and monitoring equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate correct setup, calibration, and operation of patient care equipment to clinical staff as required.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or HND in Biomedical Engineering \/ Technology.<\/li>\n<li>4 + years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Registered member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria \u2013 COREN<\/li>\n<li>Remarkable understanding of the framework as well as use of biomedical devices.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technological abilities as well as the capacity to fix equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong logical as well as analytical abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication abilities<\/li>\n<li>Capability to function well under pressure as well as grow in a busy clinical atmosphere.<\/li>\n<li>Efficiency in using a computer system, specifically Microsoft workplace Plans.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of hospital equipment is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><br \/>\n18th August 2022.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letters to:&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@anadach.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@anadach.com<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;using &#8220;Biomedical Engineer&#8221;
