Our customized solutions are focused on helping individuals, organizations and communities realize their potentials and express new possibilities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Position:<\/strong> IT Sales Executive<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Location: <\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Information Systems (or equivalent)) or equivalent field experience with 3 years of sales or pre-sales experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with a prevalent professional demeanour excellent presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of IT hardware and software solutions is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Competency Requirement:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ability to identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques. Engage in cold-calling to create interest in company products and services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company\u2019s customer base and ensures its strong presence. Understand customers\u2019 business needs and challenges and position the relevant solutions that address those needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to persuade potential buyers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and service delivery while managing customer objections.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop pipeline by using the company\u2019s sales methodology and processes and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle in the shortest of time<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly target individual sales targets while contributing to overall team targets as set by management. Meet KPIs related to selling efforts and customer calls or visits.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors and distributors and strategic relationships with existing customers and upsell\/cross-sell by promoting product upgrades, additional complementary technologies or solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to respond to tender documents and write proposals as well as any supporting documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to support marketing activities by attending company events and trade shows.
