{"id":5738,"date":"2021-02-23T11:12:33","date_gmt":"2021-02-23T10:12:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobnetworknigeria.com\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=5738"},"modified":"2021-02-23T11:12:39","modified_gmt":"2021-02-23T10:12:39","slug":"head-crm-at-coscharis-motors-plc","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobnetworknigeria.com\/job\/head-crm-at-coscharis-motors-plc\/","title":{"rendered":"Head, CRM at Coscharis Motors Plc"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Coscharis Group is a wholly-owned Nigerian Conglomerate with businesses and interests that span across various sectors of the Nigerian economy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Due to expansion, the automobile arm of the Group, Coscharis Motors Plc, is recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Job Position: <\/strong>Head, CRM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Job Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for establishing and documenting customer care policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>In charge of mystery shopping<\/li>\n<li>Keep and update customer database<\/li>\n<li>Manage customers\u2019 complaint\/feedback<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate the responsibilities of CRM Executives and also mentor them<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of weekly CEM reports including data analysis for decision making and service improvement an Initiate and implement customer\u2019s service culture amongst other key responsibilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of first degree with at least 5 years\u2019 experience as Head, CRM in a reputable organization and vast knowledge of Computer\/Microsoft office.
