NINERELA+ equips communities, through right based approach, to promote issues that enable human dignity, wellbeing, and equality\/equity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Job Position: <\/strong>Intern (NYSC)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Job Location: <\/strong>Abuja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>INERELA+ Nigeria is looking for a digital communications savvy intern (NYSC) to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about media and communication and committed to working in the development sector \/ NGO setting, particularly around health and social justice.<\/li>\n<li>The intern will work closely with other staff to produce and disseminate digital communications, in particular communicating INERELA+ Nigeria\u2019s strategies, advocacies, success stories, best practices, and campaigns. Also, he\/she will contribute to our advocacy efforts to protect people&#8217;s rights to speak out, create demand for services, and mobilize communities to take action on issues that are related to our program focus.<\/li>\n<li>The intern will produce multi-media content for the website and social media (graphics, videos, infographics, etc); draft written content; support media outreach, and conduct opinion polls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently serving in the NYSC program in Abuja<\/li>\n<li>With a degree in Journalism, Communications, Digital \/ Social Media, Marketing, International Relations, International Development or other similar subject preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in digital communications or social media required;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in photo and video editing, and creating and managing content for the web and different media platforms desirable;<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with international development\/relations desirable;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required soft skills \/ Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to think creatively and strategically<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe creative tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Team spirit, adaptability, and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and prepared to take on responsibility; and eager to learn about the development sector.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Google analytics, web and content management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use content production software \u2013 Adobe, PictoChart, Canva, Video editing software<\/li>\n<li>Experience with media management and monitoring software.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use social media and social media content scheduling tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n17th March 2021<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:ninerelarecruitement.info@gmail.com\">ninerelarecruitement.info@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0All documents should be in MS Word or PDF format.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The subject should be the applicant\u2019s name and the position applying for in bracket.
