Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets<\/li>\n
- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales personnel.<\/li>\n
- Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.<\/li>\n
- Desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture<\/li>\n
- Understand and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, technology, process, and current partnerships<\/li>\n
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the business; projecting expected sales volume and profit both for existing and new accounts<\/li>\n
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analysing trends, and results<\/li>\n
- Generate and maintain accurate Account and Opportunity plans<\/li>\n
- Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service<\/li>\n
- Analyse pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical sharing report relating to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win\/Loss, Age<\/li>\n
- Handle customer presentations, quotes, RFIs, and RFPs.<\/li>\n
- Preparation of proposals and making presentations<\/li>\n
- Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification<\/li>\n
- Must have at least 2 years work experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
