Job Position: Business Administrator

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Organize and assist business manager with business activities, facility services, office purchases and maintenance
  2. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation and manage budget activities.
  3. Preparation of Important documentation as required.
  4. Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business improvements either by email or required documentation.
  5. Plan, coordinate, and assist with managingall Office administrative procedures and systems
  6. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
  7. Work with the team to drive positive business growth.
  8. Work with the team to manage schedules and deadlines

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of a B.Sc Degree from a reputable institution
  2. At least 2 years of experience as a Business Admin/Admin Manager
  3. Must be willing to start immediately
  4. Male Preferably
  5. Agood understanding of Office management processes
  6. Experience with financial and facility management
  7. Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
