Our business is aimed at providing critical services to the oil and gas industry as well as tapping into the vacuum created in other relevant sectors of the economy.

Job Position: Front Desk Officer

Job Locations: Cross River and Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Booking of patients Appoitment / maintaining appoitment schedules
  2. Responding to enquiries, queries from clients.
  3. Revisiting/ directing of clients to doctors.
  4. Collation of daily/ weekly/monthly statistics.
  5. Sending of appoitment reminders to patients.
  6. Answer all incoming calls & reredirected when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Candidates should have a knowledge of:
    • Microsoft Office
    • SHIMS
    • Customer Experience.
