Job Position: Field Engineer / IT Support Staff

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Monitoring major backhaul and upstream links (Ping/PRTG/Cacti)
  2. Maintaining 24×7 uptime of power system (Inverter/UPS)
  3. Remote support to field engineer (Port check / ip-check / frequency check / RF scan, etc.)
  4. Ensure Upstream link uptime (Escalating the issue to responsible body/Vendor/Engineer & close follow up till resolution)
  5. BS monitoring (Escalating the issue to responsible body/Vendor/Engineer close follow up till resolution)
  6. Monthly Bandwidth Downtime reporting (Dolphin/MTN/Airtel) in Excel format
  7. Monthly BS Downtime reporting in excel format
  8. Remote support to field engineer on Firewall configuration and troubleshooting
  9. LAPTOP Configuration (Windows / Office/ Antivirus installation & activation
  10. LAN /WAN Survey
  11. Radio Link configuration / RF Path scan
  12. Radio link troubleshooting
  13. If required ready to climb up to 60 ft. in height
  14. CCTV Installation & NVR Configuration
  15. Biometric installation & Configuration
  16. Firewall Installation / Configuration / Licence activation
  17. Router/switch/access-point installation & configuration
  18. Structural cabling / patching / testing/Rack mounting/ Fiber laying
  19. Flexible in shift working (Day/Night-as per duty roaster).
