Job Position: Human Resources Assistant (Male)

Job Location: Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Support the Human Resources Manager in Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
  2. Draft and revise company policies as a team
  3. Recruitment and Selection – Headhunting of candidates
  4. Employee welfare management
  5. Carry out other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
  6. Work closely with HR manager and Management team
  7. Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
  8. Payroll management
  9. Compensation and Benefits Administration.
  10. Policy compliance

Job Requirements

  1. BSc / BA in Law, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
  2. Years of work experience not more than 2 years experience in a similar role from a well structured organisation –
  3. Professional affiliation is an added advantage
  4. Must have completed NYSC.
  5. Have basic knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law and Policies
  6. Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. Attention to detail
  9. Male preferably for gender balance and equality.
