Job Position: HR Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Ensuring the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviewing and modifying policies and practices to maintain.
- Management of payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules, and seasonal employment
- Forecasting hiring needs, particularly at peak season, and tracking key recruiting metrics like cost-per-hire and source of hire, employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field, Master’s degree preferred.
- 4-6 years of cognitive experience
- Strong in payroll management, recruitment, and HR operations
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
