Job Position: Sales Manager (North Central)

Job Locations: Kogi and Plateau

Job Responsibilities

  1. Promoting the company’s products to businesses, government parastatals, and rural communities
  2. Acting as the main point of contact with agents and distributors within the state.
  3. Implement sales targets and encourage subordinates to achieve sales goals
  4. Preparing sales reports to be submitted to the management
  5. Promptly responding to customer requests.
  6. Maximizing the growth potential of the business within the state
  7. Ensure that the sales team’s needs are properly attended to and escalated when necessary to the state manager
  8. Organize market storms to drive sales
  9. Ensuring that the sales executives comply with the company’s sales policy
  10. Collecting customer feedback as well as market research.
  11. Foster new Business to Government partnerships

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Sales, or related field)
  2. Must live and understand the operations of market structure in North Central Region
  3. Must have solid practical experience in the power/energy industry
  4. Proven work experience in the solar industry
  5. Minimum of 2 years experience as a sales manager, ability to manage a team
  6. Detail-oriented.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
  9. Sound organizational skills
  10. The ability to motivate staff and lead a team.
