Job Position: B2B Sales Manager

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Kano, Lagos and Port Harcourt – Rivers

Job Description

  1. As a B2B Sales Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
  2. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, keeping abreast of market trends, and creating reports for senior management.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Generating Leads for Power Solutions
  2. Develop comprehensive sales plans to target specific industries.
  3. Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential and existing B2B clients.
  5. Lead the identification of new business opportunities and partnerships.
  6. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand the company’s presence.
  7. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations on company power solutions tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  8. Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  9. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any Science, Social Science field.
  2. Must have prior experience of selling Goods such as (TV/Fridge etc) / electrical goods / Generators /Batteries/Inverters/UPS/ Solar/cables /switch gears and etc.
  3. Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
  4. Excellent Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
  5. Great networking skills
  6. Technical Know-How
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Knowledge of sales and MS Office Suite.
