Job Position: Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • A Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for building and promoting the Lodge Compliance brand’s online presence. It involves managing social media channels, executing digital marketing strategies, and maintaining brand consistency across various online platforms.

Job Responsibilities 

  1. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
  2. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand’s values across various social media platforms.
  3. Monitor social media trends and stay informed about platform algorithm changes.
  4. Initiate and participate in conversations relevant to the brand and industry.
  5. Utilize various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
  6. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
  7. Monitor and analyze social media and digital marketing performance metrics.
  8. Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  9. Identify target audiences and develop digital marketing campaigns tailored to the audiences. • A/B test different elements to improve campaign effectiveness.
  10. Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the brand’s reach.
  11. Ability to handle and respond to social media crises or negative feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Develop crisis communication plans to mitigate potential issues.
  13. Draft budgets for digital marketing campaigns, including advertising and other promotional activities effectively to maximize ROI.

Job Requirements

  1. Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 0 – 3 years work experience.
  2. Proven experience in social media, digital marketing, and brand management with a track record of successful digital campaigns that convert target audience to subscribers and social media growth. knowledge of SEO/SEM.

Salary
USD 3,000 – USD 4,800 annually.
